HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY DESIGN WILL LOOK LIKE?
A Koala Tee artist will email a digital proof of your design for approval, customized with your requested personalization. Design proofs will be sent no later than 2 business days after you’ve submitted your order. All designs will need approval and payment before the printing process can begin.
ARE THESE ALL OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes. We offer all of our designs at our online store. If you wish to reorder a design that is no longer available, we can reference your previous invoice to do so. Please call a customer service representative 1-800-827-8337 with any inquiries you might have.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF ITEMS I NEED TO ORDER?
Yes. The order minimum is 12 garments. Design ink colors and text personalization must be the same on all garments, otherwise these will be considered separate orders. Light and Dark shirt designs are considered separate orders when figuring minimums and price breaks.
CAN I REORDER A SHIRT DESIGN?
Yes. We can print any design you have ordered before. However, a $10.00 fee will be applied to re-orders of less than 12 shirts.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Koala Tee accepts business checks, money orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.
CAN I ADD PRINTING TO THE BACK OF A SHIRT?
Yes. You can choose to add STAFF or other custom text at an additional $2.00 per garment. Individual names are available by request at an additional $5.00 per garment.
WHAT IS THE COST TO PERSONALIZE A DESIGN?
There is no additional charge to personalize your design. Our garment pricing is straight forward and all inclusive.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will arrive within 14 days of design approval and payment receipt. 7 Day Express delivery is available for every dark garment design with only 1-ink color. 7 Day Express orders may ship separately from other shirts ordered.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROOF?
A design proof will be delivered by email within 2 business days.
I CAN’T FIND A DESIGN, IS THERE A CUSTOM OPTION?
Yes. Our creative team can create a custom design from your ideas or current logo. This is a free service for orders over 36 garments. There will be a $30 art fee for custom designs when less than 36 items are ordered.
CAN I MIX DIFFERENT GARMENTS AND COLORS TO REACH A PRICE BREAK?
Yes. Different styles and colors of garments can be chosen and still qualify as one order. All garments count collectively towards reaching order price breaks. Design ink colors and personalization must remain the same on each garment to qualify as one order.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Due to recent legal changes in regard to sales tax and online retailers, there are some states in which we are required to charge sales tax. If you live in one of those states you will see sales tax automatically added at checkout.
